Today, I finally made the switch to DSL. However, I am having problems sending an email to members@seniorglobe.com as it keeps on returing. How can I disconnect from seniorglobe if I can't contact them? This is a real pain. |

That might be the only option that is left. I tried calling the billing dept and can never get a live person and they never return your calls. Luckily, my credit card will change next month which will cause the automatic payments to stop. I am just trying to do the correct thing by disconnecting gracefully. This ISP used to be good is the many years that I have been with them. Since they have been bought it has been downhill. |

I would suggest you try calling any and all phone numbers you can find on the website and see if any answer. When I cancelled I called several different numbers before I finally found one that worked. Unfortunately that was long ago, and I don't have the number anymore. I remember it was not easy to find, but I did eventually find it buried deep within bowels of the site.
Of course the way they are stripping functionality out of the site, I can't guarantee the number is even there anymore.

I called the number that was on my credit card for them. It went to another company who told me to contact them at 425-319-5043. This I have done and cannot get a real person. They also told me to email them at billing@seniorglobe.org, this I have done and still have not heard. I looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau and found a number 253-568-6911. This goes to a company called sonic fog which has a message saying that they are no loner affiliated with seniorglobe medi. It is extremely frustrating.
My credit card expires next month as the date expires. This should help in stopping them from billing them. However, I am trying to to the correct way of discontinuing as I don't want them to put a black spot on my credit for non-payment. I am documenting all this information about them just incase I have to seek legal help. |

Did you try the Tech Support numbers shown “Contact Us” tab on the website? Maybe (if anyone answers) they could refer you to another number. Probably not, but maybe. At least these are toll free numbers, so it won’t cost anything to call them. And you will have more evidence that you have done everything you can to try geting in contact with the right people. |

I am going to try the Tech support method and see if I can get a real person. I will have to wait until 9.30am PST. It is becoming very frustrating and wasting a lot of my time.
